Now inviting launch hotels and integration partners
FaceKiosk is a humanlike AI host for your lobby. It’s designed to greet each guest in their own language, scan their passport or licence, find the booking in your PMS and hand over a room key.
Passport on the glass. Key card from the slot.
Concept film
A simulated check-in, five steps from hello to room key. Switch to check-out to see the end of the stay.
Welcome to The Willow
How can I help you today?
A simulation with a fictional guest, hotel and booking. Live PMS, lock and payment connections are on the integration roadmap below.
Guests lay a passport or driver licence on the scanner. FaceKiosk is designed to read it, check it hasn’t expired and send only the fields your PMS asks for, so nobody retypes a surname at 11 pm.
How it’s designed to handle each document:
Guest profile in your PMS
Tap the key card to check out. Then she’s on her way.
Concept film
Each PMS connection is being built to read bookings, update guest profiles and post check-in and check-out. For keys, FaceKiosk is designed to work through your PMS where it already drives your locks, or straight with your lock server where it doesn’t.

On the roadmap
On the roadmap means planned, not live. Each connection goes live once it’s built and approved with the provider, and this page will say so.

Become a launch hotel. On a 30-minute call we’ll look at your PMS, your locks and where the kiosk would stand.
